Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. We reserve the right not to deliver an order in partial or in full in the event that the product is out of stock. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you by email and cancel the order.

Payment:
We accept payment via Dankort, VISA and MasterCard and Danish MobilePay. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed. We will first capture your payment when the goods are shipped.
 
Pricing policy:
Prices are shown in DKK. All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. mindstudio.life reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.

Mind Studio® uses (GLS & UPS) as courier options.
All parcels are insured with tracking number.

AccessPoints and Postal Offices:
If your order is refused or you fail to collect your parcel from the AccessPoint/Postal Office, you will forfeit the outgoing shipping costs plus the return shipping costs to our warehouse of total €15 or kr. 85,00.

Free shipping (on orders above approximately €100) is automatically applied at checkout when meeting the order minimums.

**NON-EU: Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax etc.) may occur if you're located outside EU. These charges are at your own expense.

***UNITED STATES: All orders are free of import taxes and duty.

AccessPoint, Postal Offices & Refused orders:
If your order is refused or you fail to collect your parcel from the AccessPoint/Postal Office, you will forfeit the outgoing shipping costs plus the return shipping label to us. If you are in doubt if you will be able to collect your parcel in the collection window we advise you select "Home Delivery". If you have obtained free shipping on your order, a flatrate shipping costs of €25 will be deducted from your return.

RETURNS:
Online purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. You may open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and same new condition as when you received them. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), including the outgoing shipping.

All purchases has 2 years right of reclamation and rights of return if the products is faulty or broken on delivery.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send all packages with a traceable service, so it is insured, and can be located at any time. 

Please email us about your return, together with your tracking number.

We will not be able to collect your parcel from any PostOffice or Parcel Store.

Once we receive your return we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days.

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches us and are confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Refunds usually takes 4-6 days after we receive the parcel.

*Wrong or faulty products:
If you have received a wrong or faulty product, please email us with photos and describe the issue and await for our instructions.

Do not send back until you hear from us.

Warranty claims:
There is a 2 years warranty on all products sold on www.mindstudio.life.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults only.
Please contact us if you have a warranty claim, including order number, receipt, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim. 

In the event a web order is lost and or stolen in transit to the customer a formal claim will be made with the courier service used by www.mindstudio.life.  Once the courier service assesses the whereabouts of the parcel a refund or exchange for a replacement order will be made by www.mindstudio.life. A refund can not be made on the order until the couriers investigation has been closed. This is typically anywhere from 5-10 business days after the claim has been raised with the courier service. 

Privacy policy:
All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. All card payments are via a secure SSL encrypted server.

www.mindstudio.life. will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety. 

Cookies:
Cookies are used by www.mindstudio.life. in order to improve your experience when browsing and using the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. www.mindstudio.life. may not operate properly when cookies are disabled in your web browser. 

Age restrictions:
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at the checkout.

Disclaimer
All consumers residing outside of Denmark are solemnly responsible for the legal status under local laws of our products, including with regards to purchasing, importing, possessing, processing and/or consuming our products.

We do not guarantee or warrant in any way that our products are legally permitted outside the Denmark. We do not provide any information on the legal status of a product in your country of residence, outside Denmark.
